Through a tried and tested global sales campaign, we will locate an optimal buyer for our client’s aircraft. Each transaction is unique and involves many steps and hundreds of decisions, many of which must be taken quickly. We will advise and represent our clients during this process allowing them to maximize their return on investment.

Our Aircraft Remarketing Process:

A comprehensive view of the current market price of our client’s aircraft. This initial valuation will take into account a number of factors such as the age, condition, and maintenance history.

Aircraft Specifications Brochure:

A detailed brochure which can be downloaded, will be prepared.

An extended desktop appraisal or a full appraisal will be completed to allow us to determine the optimum price for the aircraft.

We will agree with our client regarding the pricing range for the aircraft.

This will generate global interest in the aircraft.

Direct Marketing via our extensive database will allow us to contact the owners of aircraft that could be interested in our client’s aircraft.

This will summarize our marketing efforts plus a list of all potential buyers that have shown an interest in the aircraft. We will inform our client of all feedback and enquires received via phone calls, emails or social media. This will allow us to qualify all prospects.

  • Letter of Intent will be Drawn up by the Buyer
  • Offers:

We will manage offers and counter offers. All offers will be submitted to our client

  • Deposit into Escrow Account:

We will oversee this process

  • Remove the Aircraft from the Market
  • Aircraft Purchase Agreement:

Review, revise, execute and collaborate with the escrow agent 

  • Pre-Purchase Agreement:

We will represent our client during the inspection and review any amendments to the aircraft purchase agreement

  • Final Aircraft Purchase Agreement:

Manage the process in collaboration with the escrow agent, seller and buyer

  • Technical Acceptance, Hard Deposit and the setting of the Closing Date and Flight Tests
  • Title Reports & Liens:

Work with escrow agent and buyer

  • Registration and or Deregistration of the Aircraft
  • Manage Sales Tax Documents and Payments
  • Organize Ferry Flight and Retrieve Logbooks
  • Closing:

Ensure that the required funds are transferred to our client from the escrow agent
