We suggest the makes and models that could fit our client’s mission profile, with an eye on their return on investment. We will create a fleet plan if they are already operating another aircraft.

  • Shortlisting Potential Aircraft:

The aircraft makes and models that meet their needs, allowing us to draw up a capital forecast.

  • Completing an Aircraft Valuation & Analysis:

Evaluate the market for the shortlisted aircraft and present a valuation, market comparison, financial and technical analysis. 

  • Finding the Best Aircraft for Sale for the Chosen Make and Model

Search the market for both on and off the market aircraft and maybe issue a Request for Proposal (RFP).

  • Evaluating the History of the Aircraft
  • Drawing up a Letter of intent
  • Managing the Pre-Purchase Inspection & Flight Evaluation:

This will include an evaluation of the physical condition, the maintenance status, the state of the maintenance records, conformity of service bulletins and airworthiness directives and the operational status of the aircraft components.

  • Making an Offer and negotiations
  • Overseeing the Deposit into an Escrow Account
  • Ensuring That the Aircraft is Removed from the Market
  • The Pre-Purchase Agreement:

We will represent our client during the inspection and manage any amendments to the aircraft purchase agreement.

  • The Aircraft Purchase Agreement:

Manage amendments and forward them to the escrow agent, seller and buyer.

  • Technical Acceptance, Hard Deposit and the setting of the Closing Date and Flight Tests
  • Escrow & Title:

Manage the escrow process & title search in collaboration with the escrow agent and buyer.

  • Registering the Aircraft
  • Bills of Sale, Closing Instructions:

Ensure that they are drawn up correctly.

  • Sales Tax Documentation
  • Organise Ferry Flights
  • Ensure the Collection of the full set of Logbooks
  • Closing and Aircraft Delivery:

Ensure that the required funds are transferred to the seller from the escrow agent.

  • Ongoing Support:

Our commitment to our client’s aviation investment does not end when they take delivery of the aircraft. We continue to provide them with operational, maintenance and regulatory compliance support. We are committed to maximising the return that their aircraft delivers during their ownership.
